16 Ways to Naturally Boost Your Immune System

Greetings Earthling!

Haha, I’ve been thinking of my late grandma as her birthday just past and she would’ve said something adorable like that <3 She was an absolute gem and an incredibly smart lady. If I may, I’d like to share a bit of her wisdom with you today.

As we enter into “flu season”, it becomes increasingly necessary to keep that immune system boosted so here are some easy tips to do just that. My grandma lived a long life and was exceptionally healthy until her last bit of time with us.

How did she stay so healthy?

Chill Out. Grandma believed in not taking life too seriously, and she was too right for it! Did you know 80% of things we worry about never even happen and that most stress is caused by worry? ;)

Turn it Off. She didn’t watch the news. Another smart move! The news is clinically proven to cause depression. Not very surprising, is it? Depression lowers your immune system and increases cortisol (the stress hormone).

Laugh More. Grandma laughed lots! Laughter is the best medicine, it’s not just a saying. It actually triggers healthy emotional and physical responses and strengthens your immune system =D

Eat Food that Grows. She didn’t cook much but she did have a garden and tended to it lovingly <3 She ate what she needed, never in great excess. Plants provide our bodies with an array of macro and micronutrients that support our bodies’ function, including maintaining a strong immune system.

Spend Time in Nature. As I said, she had a garden and she seemed to enjoy as much as her crosswords and the word games she played with us. Though her name was Rose, I dare say sunflowers were her favorite. Connecting with nature is another scientifically proven way to boost our overall health from mood to the immune system!

Get Quality Rest. Grandma didn’t stay up super late every night. She went to bed at a decent hour and arose early to greet the day. Studies show that too little, or even too much, sleep are cause for cognitive decline.

Avoid Alcohol. I actually can’t recall ever seeing my grandma drink a drop of alcohol. Alcohol dehydrates the body, lowers the immune system, and can lead to a long list of health issues, especially when consumed in excess.

Mind Your Own Business. Grandma couldn’t stand gossip or drama. It was just a waste of energy to talk about or even to listen to. When we engage in this sort of behavior, we’re essentially giving away our energy to nothing productive and allowing potentially negative energy in, which can actually lower our immune system.

Be Present. This wise woman just loved to play her word games in the papers or word board games with her grandkids. She wasn’t thinking about the past or the future. She was simply there with us <3 When we dwell on the past or worry about the future, we take ourselves out of the present and potentially lower our immune system by focusing on energy such as fear, regret, worry, resentment, and so on. Be present, be happy =)

These are some tips I picked up from her simply through observation. How beautiful that we can live an exemplary life and not even know the impact we’re creating. Some years later and she’s still sharing her wisdom of how to live a long and healthy life <3

Of course, there are some other tips and tools you can use such as:

  • Drink plenty of water- at least half your weight in oz (if you weigh 160lbs, drink 80-160oz of water a day and more in hotter climates).
  • Exercise regularly- 20-30 minutes of cardio a few times a week along with some resistance training will keep you in top-notch =D
  • Avoid processed foods, especially refined sugar as much as possible- it's literally poison and does absolutely nothing positive for your body.
  • Be kind to yourself and others- increasing positivity boosts your immune system by reducing cortisol and increasing happiness <3

Last but not least, wearable biotech is an excellent way to boost the immune system! Wearing 7.83hz will stabilize cell function in your body, allowing it to perform optimally.

The frequency of colloidal silver, a substance used since ancient times for exactly this, is also available in the biotech jewelry collection.

Finally, the Sun provides us with specific rays that our bodies use to keep us happy and healthy, some of which 5G blocks out. If you’ve been experiencing depression, lowered immune system, or inexplicable health issues recently, this is the first thing I’d be checking into! So, the frequency of the Sun is also available =D

You can check out the Pre-5G pendant that includes all three of these incredible frequencies here!

I hope you found these tips helpful. Wishing you abundant health and happiness this holiday season <3

xoxoxo,
